I designed and developed GPStamper™ through a professional interest in having the ability to catalog photos with location information visible to the user. In many technical/science related fields it is extremely convenient to have location, note and date/time information imprinted onto photos for cataloging, archiving or printing purposes. Beyond convenience, location metadata is protected against corruption or being stripped from files. I believe many users of GPStamper will find its ease of use, quality of results, and metadata protection functionality an invaluable asset to their work.
GPStamper can be customized to suit a wide variety of scientific or commercial stamping requirements. Most aspects of the stamp content and display* can be modified to accommodate users needs. This means that virtually any information (metadata) within an image file, or any other data* input by the user, can be visually stamped. Customization is generally offered (gratis) to non-commercial users.
*Note that Unicode fonts and their special/accented characters are not supported.
